Many of my blog acquaintences are posting pictures from their trips to Malibu for the Pepperdine Lectures last week.
I cannot compete with such beauty.
I merely went to a Michael W. Smith concert (poor camera phone picture above) and the OSU-OU baseball game (someone else's picture below) here in Tulsa on Thursday and Friday evenings.

I think even karaoke night in Malibu overlooking the ocean would beat any concert Oklahoma could ever host...
But, as far as things to do in Oklahoma, last week was pretty good. ;)
I've been to four or five MWS concerts. I've been to Pepperdine twice. Yeah, I'd take Pepperdine.

The funny thing is, we've had a Flat Stanley from one of my nephews for the past couple of weeks again.
Too bad this one didn't get a trip to Malibu...
