The Ghost of Halloween Past

What a bunch of great suggestions, friends. I had no idea you had such opinions of me.

Bob Stoops? I don't think so. An exterminator? Very timely. A lawn boy? I'd need some tan-in-a-bottle.

Jim, the quarter note idea was great. I almost went that direction with my own little spin. I thought of dressing in a white sheet, pinning a bunch of reminder notes to it (pick up the dry cleaning, etc.), and holding a long stick in my hand. What would I be?

Sheet music, of course. A white sheet with a staff and a bunch of notes.

But, when Alice is away I fall apart, so I got none of it done. I went as myself. For some reason, a lot of people were disappointed. Maybe that says something about me, too. I'm learning so much.

Now I fear that none of you will ever comment on this blog again since I have so rudely disregarded your input. So, to punish myself, I give you the following.

Wes suggested I go as a cheerleader. What many of you do not know is that Wes and I have indeed been cheerleaders before. And we were pretty hot, too, if I don't say so myself.

However, Wes, I don't know about you but I no longer have the body to pull that one off...

Shane, You're a babe!

BTW... I have a very interesting story for you about Lindsay on my blog. :-) You'd be proud...

I have three things to say...

1.) Your cheerleader self needs a good stylist

2.) the tights! I can't stop laughing!

3.) those nails are so your color!

Had fun!! And I was only slightly disappointed. I agree a nap is so much more important than a costume. :)

True, my hair was a bit frizzy.

I think Wes desparately needed some bangs, too.

Wow!!! I like totally forgot how HOT we were! I should like totally go back to doing my makeup that way!

Thank you so, so much for:
1) posting this precious memory on the World Wide Web, and
2) guaranteeing that neither of us will ever be elected to public office.
