Mr. Freeze was here

I thought Batman had taken care of Mr. Freeze, but apparently that movie was just fiction. He returned and shot our house today with his magic freezer.

The crepe myrtles look neat:



But the trees weren't too happy about it. The first limb fell at 6:45 this morning and grazed the covered patio in the back (got Alice out of bed pretty quickly!):



The second section broke around 4:00, but fortunately fell away from the house:



There are several others hanging on for dear life. On the plus side, it all looks pretty:



Oh, and we have no power, so we've abandoned ship (house) for now...
