Got tongues?

Ever heard that phrase, "Cat got your tongue?"

We decided tonight that it's our cat who is hoarding all of the tongues. Because this was the conversation in the kitchen as Alice prepared dinner:

Zorro:

"Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. MEOW! Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. MEOW! Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. MEOW! Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow."

Alice:

"It's not dinner time yet, Zorro."

Zorro:

"Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. MEOW! Meow. Meow. Meow. MEOW! Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. MEOW! Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow."

Alice:

"SHUT UP!"

Funny. We've got a two year old cat named "Dummy-cat" and would you believe that cat has NEVER meowed? Not once. We've obviously got a mute cat.

Alice said "Shut up"??? I can't imagine! Luke doesn't really meow, either. He sounds more like the dog on Blues Clues...Murr Murr-Murr Murr Murr Murr-Murr. But we did have a Siamese that would sing opera in the middle of the night. He got told to shut up too.

Trey -

With a name like that, he probably has a self-esteem problem.

Zorro's only hissed 3 or 4 times in his life. He has a clean mouth!
