One Foot in Front of the Other

I got out and walked a mile around the neighborhood this evening.

That wouldn't be a big deal, but considering that less than 3 months ago I could barely walk 10 feet, it was gratifying.

Thanks to all for their prayers and concern these past months. I'm feeling good. Things are almost back to normal.

The goal is to be ready to play tennis again in the fall!

I'm glad to read this update tonight. I've been wondering, but haven't wanted to ask. :)

I am glad your back Shane!!!
One foot in front of the other is my policy in life. When you fall down get back up and put one foot in front of the other. Not looking back!!!
