Someone today called it a "holy exhaustion." I couldn't agree more. It was a great 3 1/2 days at The Tulsa Workshop. Thanks to all who joined us! The exhibit hall was packed, the classes were outstanding, and the people were inspired.
Here are a few pics from the first couple of nights.

Oh, there were so many, it's hard to narrow it down...loved all the keynotes, but being a singer, I guess it would be the praise and worship with SO MANY believers in one place. The song choices were great and I really got the chance to worship God wholeheartedly. In case I haven't told you enough, thank you for all your hard work and dedication to giving people the opportunity to see God at work. In a side note, I really liked the change in schedule concerning the keynotes and having Sat evening off to rest and fellowship.
It was a GREAT workshop. I enjoyed everything about it. You guys did a great job getting it together.
BTW: I always call it the "Holy Hangover." :)
There aren't many moments that were not great highlights for me.
I have to say that the class line up this year was outstanding! It was so hard to choose who to go see. The Keynotes were amazing.
A class that touched my heart was Thursday morning with David Fraze. I know the importance of parenting and bringing up my child in a christian home, but sometimes, its hard for parents to keep that faith building going into our childs teen and adult years. David gave us a very clear roadmap on how to accomplish that. Not only with our own children, but the youth in our churches as well. He sent a very clear message on how to keep them on that faithful journey we work so hard to cultivate in them as children and teens. The statistics of how many we lose after high school is alarming and together we can really make a difference. We just have to be on this journey together.
I went to many others and everything was so good. I have been to every workshop (yes..even as a toddler) and out of all of my memories, this was by far the best I can remember.
God is doing some great work in all the people who put this together. You can tell he is alive and well living in them and they are showing Jesus to the world. I think about all the wonderful comments I heard and all the smiles I saw and how those are going back to their home and spreading the good news they heard this past weekend.
I am so blessed beyond measure that God allows me to be part of this workshop every year. I met so many people this year. Strangers, that are now new friends. They are brothers and sisters I hadn't met yet. and I am so delighted that I will get to see them again next year at the same place.
Do you think there will be a workshop like this on Heaven? I sure hope so! Because I got a glimpse of what its going to be like and who it will be filled with and that really excites me! :o)
