Let the games begin

We're having our first guests over for dinner this evening (Mike, your visit doesn't count because we ate out, although you retain the title as the first overnight guest). I'll get to spend some time with another huge OSU fan, and Alice gets to spend some time with another scrapbooker. We've been looking forward to it.

Of course, this means we'll spend all day working on the house. We've backed off for the past couple of weeks, so things haven't progressed much beyond the pictures I posted earlier.

I drive back to OKC for my next ortho appointment on Monday. This will be my first time back since the move (well, if you don't count driving through on the way to Butler last Wednesday). I'll check on "The House That Won't Sell" (as it is now officially known), and hope to see a friend or two.

Zorro's getting more comfortable here, as evidenced by his repeated puking on the carpet (3 spots yesterday alone), just like he did in Edmond. It's a good thing he's cute...

P.S. - Don't buy a car from this man:

They say he's never there to follow up on his clients. I wouldn't know - I would never drive to Norman to buy a car, anyway. You know, they call it the "Mile of Cars" in Norman, but by my odometer it's only about half a mile. As in most other things, I think they have an inflated view of themselves down there.

Okay. Please tell me WHY your cat puking on the carpet a sign of normalcy?!?
That just doesn't seem right!!!

Unfortunately, that's his specialty when he's eating and bathing normally. That gives him an ample supply of food and hairballs to eject.

When he's under stress (moving) and doing neither, he didn't puke for a while.

Those days were nice.

I hope that desciption didn't ruin anyone's appetite...

You know...these blogs and little bits of hints in your e-mails are beginning to sting! ;o) Yeah..you thought I wouldn't notice huh? Guess I could bring up all the bad stuff in the past from your alma mater! Oh...I'll roll with the punches I guess...it won't belong before a good ol' cowboy messes up! LOL! ;o)

Let me tell you, Chris Wills won't stop talking about your house! We heard all about during class Sunday morning and even again at small group that night. *lol*

Norman in Oklahoma? I thought that place was a part of Texas? As for ther cat he's just like his gray relative here in Omaha. Brenda now I feel better.
