Dude...I got to go! It was kinda sad, though. I was really hoping to see a little more of a game! So it was a downer as my first experience in Memorial Stadium. But I am still impressed by Husker fans!
So, Shane... will you and Alice be okay tomorrow?? ;) How do you feel about your Cowboys handing the Huskers their worst home loss in 49 YEARS?!
Seriously, OSU has shown that they have a good team this year if they come to play. Unfortunately, twice this year they haven't shown up. The A&M game... we can chalk that up to playing at Kyle Field and A&M making a nice comeback. It doesn't get any easier from here though. Next up is K-State at Boone Pickens Staidum, then two games on the road at ranked teams (who would have thought Kansas would be ranked??). And, of course, the showdown with OU is sitting there at the end of the season.
My first Memorial Stadium experience was NU against Missouri in about '88. The Huskers struggled, but eventually won. Nice place, though. Everytime I've been back, it's been as a Cowboy fan. I don't believe we've ever scored more than 7 points in any one of those games.
John - We actually have K-State, Texas and Kansas at home before closing out at Baylor and the Other University. We could win or lose any one of those games, depending on which OSU suits up.
Mike - Only because you asked, I checked. Fortunately, Carlson was too busy writing about the t-shirt incident at Texas Tech this week to pay any attention to OSU.
A couple days ago Nebraska fired their A.D. (Which I opposed, but I'm just one fan.) Not that any of you care, but Husker Nation is in a state of shock and disbelief. Gotta hand it to OSU they manhandled Nebraska. Good job. OSU is definitely the better team.... This year. I'm looking forward to the future.

Go pokes! What did Carlson write about 'em this time?
Franklin - Needless to say, I'm jealous.

Oooooo. It's getting ugly here. At least my Razorbacks only got beat by one point.
You need to have a new post. I am tired of looking at this every time I open your blog! :o)
Have a great day!

Go Big Red!
Danna & Brenda -
Perhaps I need to hurry up on that lesson in patience?
